Lodge Regulations Once a confirmation date expires, the provisional booking will automatically be released. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit that are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or postponement. No food or beverages may be brought onto the premises. Unfortunately no take away food from the buffet is permitted. Our kitchen on not Halaal/Kosher, if these meals are required, it can be ordered at an additional cost.

CHILDREN POLICY

0 – 3 years of age

Complimentary when sharing with two full paying adults, limit to one child per couple

3-16 years of age

Pay published child rate when sharing with two full paying adults
Full adult rate applicable if occupying their own room or if sharing with one full paying adult
A maximum of two children under 16 years of age can share with parents in a family room

16 years and older

Considered as adults and accommodated in their own rooms.

• Rates are quoted per person sharing per night.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates include government taxes where applicable. If taxes increase, we reserve the right to increase the rate accordingly.

Deposit

100% deposit to confirm booking.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 60 days before arrival, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be refunded minus 10% banking charged.
If cancelled within 59 to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be refunded minus 10% banking charges.
If cancelled within 29 to 15 days before arrival, 20% of the total price of the reservation will be refunded minus 10% banking charges.
If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
